Disappointing :(

Am so disappointed! Saturday, 3rd August I walked into the retail crossing Perfect10 branch in the West Rand the lady was nice enough to squeeze me in for an appointment but maybe it was better if she had not!

I do gel nails regularly at a different nail salon and have never experienced this amount of chipping as I have at this salon. Its started chipping 3/4 days after I have done the treatment, mind you I have paid R330 for the treatment. When I call them 5 days later she tells me that she is fully booked and wont be able to assist with the fix until Monday 12th August.

Am really disappointment the lady was polite and all but the quality is a bit concerning
