Cut the tip of my finger off

I went to the Watercrest branch as a gift from my mother where I was told that the nail tech was out and that I had to wait. She came eventually and said that she cold do any design that I wanted. I had to have a soak off first to which I advised her that its abit painful. I started bleeding from most of my fingertips and when it got to my last pinkie, she cut the tip of my finger clean off and blood was slowly starting to pour out. She told me to rinse my hands and it would go away. She put cotton wool that was soon needing to be changed and the bleding would not stop and I was in so much pain. I said to her that i dont want another set done and that i want to leave but she said that I had to pay because she had soaked off my nails.
