Beyond pathetic service

I visited Perfect 10 in Greenstone mall with my sister where I took two vouchers along that my sister and I were presented individually, the staff member who greeted me advised that she will check with her manager if the voucher can be used, the manager later stormed out of the back complaining that they have to pay this voucher and she can only accept one, I then told her that it cant be the fault of the customer that there is the same code on various vouchers, she then went on to accusing me of making a photo copy of the voucher and I assured her that I hadn't.<br> <br> she refused to accept the voucher and I told her that I could show her that the voucher was e-mail to use separately and she refused basically implying that im lying.<br> <br> I asked her how does she distinguish between and authentic voucher and unauthentic, she said it doesn't matter that's a copy.<br> <br> she refused to assist and I went on to tell her that I will no longer argue she should just give me her name, she screamed at me \Lucia
