Bad Service

I made an appointment for my girlfriend's nails to be done on Friday 1 December. It was a surprise and part of my plans to propose on Saturdayour 2nd December. I took the gel option based on the the******'s recommendation advising that it will hold for two weeks. later the same day the nail started chipping at was worse the next day. After lodging a complaint with perfect 10 on Saturday 2 December, all I received was an apolopgy. No offer to redo the nails. I postponed the proposal to Sunday the 3rd and managed to get her nails done again at another place in the free state who done a better job. To date I have received no feedback from perfect 10 clearwater mall even after sending dem pictures of da nails. Customer satisfaction clearly doesn't mean anything to them.
