Bad gel nails done

I had went to perfect 10 to see if i can could get a booking. They booked me in at at 16:00 pm i had reported for the appointment. My treatment was the gelish nails, from the cuticle line of my nail all the way to the very top the gel was not painted on correctly, there was white gaps on the corners of my nails. My nail shape was not shaped in order. I was not even given the option to tell what type of gelish i wanted, When i called to speak to the manager & explained my compliant ''that i was unhappy with my nails'' I Would prefer to receive a gift voucher or go to another branch she had explained that its a franchise & I would need to come to the store so she can see. I had went to the store, she had examined my nails & tells me that the gel is still in my cuticle whens that's not the case at all. She did not even apologize or acknowledge that this was not done correctly, she most certainly did not handle this matter professionally. I am certainly very disappointed in the service received & most certainly not ever go there again. It is definitely a experience i will not forget. I have paid R350 for a professional job to be done & did not get that
