Appalling Waxing Treatment

I visited your Northgate branch. They were efficient with helping me as I didn't have an appointment (first time customer). It was all fine to begin with until the actual waxing started (Hollywood). She layered my whole pubic region with wax and just randomly started pulling even though most of the wax was not even set yet and kept reapplying. She claims that she has done this for 7 years but after my experience and going to other ladies before it feels like she was not even qualified. I am absolutely disgusted the way she had treated me, especially n such a sensitive and delicate area. She continued,even asking her nicely to stop or not even giving me the opportunity to take a \breather". This \""treatment\"" cost a total of R255!!! I am left disgusted"
