a complete nightmare

I am absolutely distraught with my experience yesterday.

I requested a full face wax...I've been at this branch before and loved the treatment however yesterday turned into a horror story.

A lady assisted me, I asked her to please do my wax in sections as I am hairy and it doesn't hurt as much, she agreed but then did the complete opposite. She plastered my face with wax that was quite hot (wax dripped down my neck into a tiny bit of my hair and ears)...I kept making comments and then she said "im now scared to pull" which put me even more on edge. I had no choice but to sit there and get it done because my face was messed with wax.

There were only 2 ladies in the store yesterday and one was busy so I couldn't ask for someone else. Her fingers were also messed with wax and she kept touching my hair instead of asking me to move my hair if a stand was in my face, no need to touch the top of my head with waxed hands. My face was burning like HELL! I went to the pharmacy and was given emla to numb my skin and today I have bruises and scabs all over my face as if I met into an accident, even my boyfriend looked at me with pure shock on his face to see those marks particularly on the right side on my face. I still have hair on my face as well (patches). I work with a lot of people, I can't cover this with make up...this is ridiculous!!!!
