Perere Sandton horrible service

Went there with my friends because we were interested in the Sunday buffet 06 October 2024 And we heard they also have bottomless mimosas

So waiter number one came to welcomed us then same time I ordered the bottomless mimosas She left and didn't ring my order

Waiter number two came after 30 mins and asked if we did we order and I said yes. she said no we don't have your order like really? to my surprise this means the first lady didn't ring it up.

Fine she then took our order

30 mins later the first waiter came back with our drinks Ohk . We waited for our food for another 30 mins

When we finished our first round of drinks we had to call the waiter and remind her of bringing the drinks Why is it bottomless but we have to call the waiter for our drinks?

Secondly we had to wait for food that we ordered for another good 30 mins While other people kept walking in they were prioritized more than us and those people looked like regulars. That was clear enough with the way they greeted one another.

R180 for bottomless mimosa and we only got 3 each with the ladies I came in with. Food was so cold yet the meat we ordered was very sensitive to temperature It quickly dries up

We later ordered hubbly bubbly People who arrived seconds later we just ordered received their hubbly and they has forgotten about us imagine We had to call the waiter and ask again

She went back to order again meaning our hubbly was given to their first priority "regular clients " We random people don't deserve service in due course cause we not slay queen's or have sugar daddies to pay for our bill

We don't look like we have money to pay right ?

The audacity of them stipulating a tip on our bill and when we asked whey do you guys have to tell us how much do we have to tip the waiter?

"They get paid ! On tips there is no basic salary They even call it a stipend "like wow" Perere Sandton You are the worst and disgusting to the core

We deserve our money back because it was not needed in the first place
