Don't trust Perch Stays

I made a booking for a property for a vacation. I made the booking early to ensure i get a good rate. 2 weeks before the date, after making full payment, they informed me that my booking needs to be cancelled due to a technical error on their side. Then I'm told that I can re - book, just to find out they've increased the rate by R 6 500. Now I'm stuck, flights have been booked and I have to struggle to find alternative accomodation.
