Safety of kids and babies
The creche's hiring process is being called into question, specifically whether they do proper background checks on staff. Given the nature of the creche industry parents entrust their little walking hearts to a school while at work. A young baby at the time became really scared of his teacher, which is unnatural for a young baby to pull away from a teacher. It was heartbreaking to see. It is alleged that the teacher physically abused the baby boy, raising concerns for the safety of other toddlers. Fortunately the baby was removed soon after the incident The teacher isn't working there anymore, but this has shaken trust. The creche should look into their vetting process and tighten up reference checks to ensure parents can trust the people caring for their kids. Should you notice anything similar or suspicious in your child please act on it and not wait, as babies cannot talk.
