Terrible Construction Work & Failing to Comply Contractually

Home Renovations incomplete. Owner Colin Campbell secretly packed up and left before completing works. He doesn't respond to clients asking him to complete what was agreed on. Absolutely shocking work, appalling behaviour from this so called business owner, going against his contract, ghosting his clients, and hoping he can just get away with terrible works, not completing the project, and posting on his Facebook page making it look like he is doing an amazing job, NEVER USE PEPPER PROJECTS @peppercoatings or a builder named COLIN CAMPBELL.
