What an awful experience!!

What an awful experience! I have just had the most horrible booking experience that I have ever had to deal with in trying to book dinner and a movie for my wife and I.

After the person on the other end of the call hung up on me 4 times, I then insisted that reception stop transferring me to this person and get me someone that is capable in taking my reservation.

I eventually got transferred to what has seamed like the restaurant and the gentleman that I spoke to could confirm availability and took down my details. Shortly after I was phoned by a more senior person that also confirmed my booking.

4 Hours before the booking the same senior person phoned me to let me know that they made a mistake with the booking and that there is actually no availability to host us. I was informed that a staff member has sold the last seats on the Wednesday but did not book it in the correct schedule.

This then became my problem and I had to try make different arrangements on this short notice.

5 Stars? How on earth!?
