Disgusting attitude of "Banqueting manager" Cosmos.

Clean and neat and upmarket enough to warrant the price, but we were met with the absolute opposite of hospitality by 'Cosmos' who apparently is the "banqueting manager." We were seated out of the way around the corner with our daughter (in order to be out of the way of other guests at breakfast). As our waitress seated us, she opened the curtains and opened the sliding door as it was a beautiful hot morning.

After 5 minutes and as I'd sat down to my breakfast Cosmos walked up and closed the door without looking at us, and when I confronted him he said 'the place is airconditioned'. If it is, it certainly was not on at the time - and that is not the way to deal with a guest, especially after I had asked him to explain it and he summarily disappeared, never to be seen again. We'll stay at your establishment again, but we'll make sure to avoid Copa and Cosmos. It pretty much ruined our stay, and that is the last impression we have of your establishment.
