Horrible quality and bad customer service
Pepkor is the supplier of the bed I bought from sleepmasters. I logged a fault and returning the bed for the 2nd time. It’s been over a month waiting for them to process the fault. Now I’m stuck with a terrible bed that is sagging after just 2 months from purchase.

Pepkor is the supplier of the bed I bought from sleepmasters. I logged a fault and returning the bed for the 2nd time. It’s been over a month waiting for them to process the fault. Now I’m stuck with a terrible bed that is sagging after just 2 months from purchase.

Bad service for refund request
Pepkor handles my bradlows account and on the 30th June I was debited after I made manual payment, I called in that morning and the agent said to send an email with my ID and bank statement with I did immediately, they advised refund will take 7-14 business days, after 3 days I did a follow up email and on Monday I received an email stating no refund was requested, I tried calling their call center and whenever they transfered the call to the refund department the call immediately cuts and that is also after waiting for a long time on hold just to speak with an agent. Absolutely horrible service and I still haven't received my money.

No update on credit file
I have been making my monthly installments and they have not updated my credit profile to say I have paid since April
