Unfair treatment

what a bad service I had at the above guesthouse, I had made a booking for the *** ,arrived every thing was ohk until the 1st of jan where our room didn't have water neither electricity went to the front desk to report, they moved me nd my kids to the other room of which same thing happened again ,nd when the receptionist informed the owner he couldn't care less ,he was not even apologetic ,he just told us to book out he will refund us nd the time was 20:00 ,raining nd i was with 2 kids ,im very disappointed in this establishment that is based in grootvlei mpumalanga, the staff is good but owner doesn't care and doesn't respect his customers.
