Zethu and Pep Tokens.

Good Morning<br> I am very much upset by the Service I receive at Pep in Daveyton Mall ,On the 18 March 2016 on Friday.I waited in a Queue a Lady Called ZETHU helped me .I greeted her she was friendly and I bought Token and gave her my Pep Club she didn't give me options for Pep Club token or Flash token.she was busy chatting with her colleague about their kids.she wasn't paying attention to me.I took the slip I didn't check because i was rushing to Work.Saturday Morning on the 19th I took my slip wanted to insert my Token,only to find out that its a Flash Token that I didn't ask for and she didn't even give me options if I want Token for Flash or Pep club and I I didn't know about Flash Token.This Morning on Sunday when I knock off at work I decided to return the flash tokens to my Pep club.I greet a Lady GUGU And Guy ZAMANI I tell them what happened when I buy the Token.GUGU said I must come back tomorrow or I must wait for Someone who can buy my Flash Token.Gugu said otherwise theres nothing she can do.Like really? Zamani said\: Zethu is not on the shift we don't knw what can we do\".I waited for about 20 Min for the book to fill my infor.what a service at Pep Daveyton mall!!!! "
