Zero help PEP store

I was in promenade mall cape town 14 November 2023.i was almost done with my shopping pushing a trolley when I remembered I need to buy safety boots for my son just after13h00. Staff stopped me as I enter that I can't bring in the trolley,I ask if they sell safety boots and this men rep**** yes,but trolley is not allowed. I ask if I can leave it inside PEP by the door he said in a rude tone .If I allow u to enter with ur trolley how many more trolley will ask for the same .Absolutely arrogant no help at all,I felt small as a customer. I left PEP store could not shop ,store was partially empty he could have helped. Please have a way to accommodate people with trolley like other store ,inconvenienced by this experience.
