Zeerust pep store

zeerust pep store..... very very bad service, bought a phone today and find out today still that i cannot use this phone due to memory not accepting the app that was intended for but now they are refusing to take the phone back so i can atleast upgrade. im told that there's nothing they can do now im stuck with a brand new phone which i do not need. highly dissappointed
