Your staff are chasing customers away to buy else where

I will never put my foot in a PEP store again. Went to PEP Kempton Park Kempton Gate store to get a few things and school stockings for my daughter. Found the school stockings at the back of the store with a red price tag on them. Took my other items and the stockings to the till. The Rude excuse for a person at the till accused me of putting the red price tab on the stockings because they cost more and tried pulling the price tag off, while doing this at the top of her voice in front of everyone accusing me of trying to steel and putting my own price tag on. I asked for the manager, no surprise she was the one hanging on the counter just watching. Absolutely pathetic staff. This does wonders for your brand. I left with nothing and I will never step foot in any of your stores again.
