I bought a flash token at jabulani mall pep store on the 27th of september for R3200.00 when i left the store I accidentally lost the token when I went to the store they advise they cant reprint the token for security reasons I then asked for the serial number from pep so that I can call flash then they an assit with a voucher number they failed to give me the serial number all u get is the system is locked will try to get the serial number n call back they will never call I tried to speak to their customer service still no help even the managers cant assit they will promise we are busy trying to help will get back to you they will never call u very bad service.
