Wrong pricing

On Sunday 2020 - 05 - 24 at about 9:08 I got to pep moreleta and saw a pricing of the HD open view for 499. When I asked it and it got scanned it was 599 I asked for the discount as I saw it on 499 and the pricing is still on the shelf. The discount was not given I was told it's not possible and I had to buy it for 600. Isn't the price I see is the price I pay for can someone please clarify for me a picture was also taken.
