Worst Shopping Experience at Pep Stores Secunda Mall

Worst Experience ever Went to Pep this afternoon and the ladies treated me like an idiot. I asked for my bags to be put on the parcel counter, Mariet said its not working, I then asked her to put my bags behind their counter for safety because my left hand is semi paralysed. She said I must carry them and shop with them or leave them on the floor unattended. I left and joined my sister on the floor only for her and her colleagues to be talking at the top of their voices of of I am an idiot and uneducated. I'm still very sad and I regret why I carried on shopping there and supported their business with my hard earned money. Those ladies need to be taught customer service.
