Worst service received

Pepcell parow centre. Not even rateable. I am dissapointed in the weak service I received from Mercia. She was busy helping me whilst on the phone and busy with another customer at the same time. I asked her for managers details and she flat ignored me when asked her name she walked away I am never making use of that shop again I am utterly disgusted by her lack of customer service.
