Worst service in a branch ever.

Over the years, despite the stigma on the quality of PEP, i have regularly enjoyed their range as its affordable and often really comfortable, I recently went to a store in GLEN MARAIS, I purchased 2 trousers tried the one it fit snug and would really look great for work so i proceeded to buying to pairs . A few days after that i when trying to put the pair on i noticed the stitching on the groin area was completely undone. I went to my local PEP to exchange it and was aggravated to hear the following, Sir i cannot exchange this, why did you buy this cant you see , we cannot accept such poor quality. Laughing with her peers as if to say what an idiot. They then called the manager who after about 10 minutes of me waiting came , looked as if she was sleeping. Said no its not her responsibility its another stores , i got upset and asked for my receipt so i could leave, she said no do i want similar item instead. i got my receipt and left. At Glen Marais branch ZIDANE assisted me as friendly as always, with a true knowledge of the PEP values assisted me. . Serious attention at Bonaero Park branch is need asap
