WORST SERVICE from Nontuthuko
Today I was assisted by one of the most rude, patronizing, and ill mannered cashier I have ever seen. Her name is Nontuthuko at the Katlehong branch, and clearly she is jaded at her work.
Here I thought I was the problem, but she was rude to other customers as well. I could see the second-hand embarrassment from her other colleague.
Excuse my language, but I did not visit the store to experience such ******* service, especially when I pay for it and have done nothing wrong.
We all have problems!

03 Feb 2025, 12:28The store manager called me today to find out what happened, besides her employee's filthy attitude which I already talked about in my communication. In case I missed anything during the call, here you go, and you can forward this message to her yourselves.
I provided that "lady" Nontuthuko with the name of the mall I wanted to transport the package to, but she kept on insisting that I give her the PEP store number, in spite of telling her I do not know it. How was I supposed to know that?? Was I supposed to Google the store number on the spot? Does PEP expect all its customers to know the store numbers of its branches throughout nation by heart?? To show that that question was not necessary, she was able to get it without my assistance.
Also, I do not know if that PEP service is just terrible, but how do you make customers package their own items in the courier bags like she did to me? If that is the case, you might as well make them package the goods you sell in store themselves as well.
You may not believe me; really, I could care less because I am never setting foot in that branch ever again, and I assume PEP generates great revenue to be genuinely bothered by my complaint. However, if you care even a little about the level of service your customers receive, send a mystery shopper, and you will see wonders!
