Worst Service from Kaghiso at PEP Schweizer Renenke

Visited the PEP store in the North West in Schweizer Reneke to be specific on the 24th of December 2021 at 10:30am till 11:02am where I received the worst welcome and service from Kaghiso a lady who was supposed to stand at the door welcome her PEP Customers and being happy to see them the day before Christmas. She did not even know how to control the number of people entering the store from the outside as per the Covid 19 requirements by Law and as laid down by PEP store assuming that the store has. The lady spoke to her colleague in Tswana assuming that I would not be able to hear her once I was inside the store and said that I was arrogant. I simply asked her while I was outside if I should join people who were standing outside asumming that they were going inside as well which they were not. I comp**** till I noticed that I was the only one who was made to wait while people went in and out of the store while she moved to assist with a phone purchase. She is rude, inconsiderate, untrained (huge Gaps) and unprofessional. "in her own words she said I must do what ever I want with regards to Reporting her bad manners". If it was not for other shoppers guiding me and others behind me we would not know where to queue once we were outside and inside. She is the worst in her Team from my observation. I'm from Gauteng and I have never seen such terrible service from any Guateng PEP Stores, PEP please do something about this staff member least your reputation and sales go down.
