Worst service from a manager at PEP Home by the name of Thusang Manqojane

I received the worst service today at PEP Home Protea goen mall . I went there to return one of the items I bought . The lady who was assisting me I think her name is Londiwe or Lindiwe , took the item them showed the manager . The manager told her to return it because the packaging was not fine. I requested to talk to the manager by the name of Thusang Manqojane to inform me what was the problem with the packaging . She refused to come and talk to me . She was busy telling the lady who was assisting me from a different me that she can't help me and I can take her name and nothing will be done to her .I said please tell her I want her to clarify something , she was not interested she made it clear I will leave without talking to her and I left very dissapoited asking myself how many customers are being treated the way I was treated . This is the type of service we get in the township. I think PEP Home needs to investigate this and take thorough disciplinary action against her .
