Worst service experience ever - PEP Cell

The worst service experience I have ever had was at PEP Cell (Witbank, Highveld Mall Branch). They sell a product without explaining 1. Details relating to the expectations of the backing company (MTN) 2. Consequences of non-compliance 3. Options available when purchasing (MTN, Vodacon, etc) When it all went wrong they have the audacity to blame a staff member (who they admit they trained and who, conveniently, no longer works there), then claim that the company is not responsible for the staff mistakes and that they are very sorry for my loss but cannot do anything to rectify the situation.
