Worst service ever ******* service

I sent the parcel to Richard's bay and got the wrong parcel it was someone's car keys and licence when I called to tell them they said it's impossible for that to happen. And when my parcel was tracked it went to nelspruit. It was my kids raincoat and they went through rain to school because of paxi stupidity. It's the worst service ever and they are *******!!!
