WORST SERVICE EVER "PEP VENTERSDORP"!!!!!!!!

I went to pep store in Ventersdorp and the service there is out of this world bad, firstly they were supposed to open the doors at 8am yet as always they open 15 to 30 minutes later, ok then I went to place my clothes on laybey and it all came to R300 and was told that I would have to pay 10 % ok,I took out R50 and I was told NO! Rudley at that, Eva the cashier said to me firstly I can't laybey underwater and slippers as they do not have small boxes to put it in and won't be able to look for it when i take the laybey out and I can only pay from R80 when I asked her how come she asked me if I am going to pay the amount she says I must pay or not!!!!!!!!!!! The manager was standing next to her and she said nothing as I looked at both of them and I paid the amount forced to pay by Eva, I'm writing this review as it's happening for the second time to me at pep Ventersdorp, there is no customer service there its like someor Rather most of the workers there feel it's their company and can treat people as they want, the cashier's are EXTREMELY RUDE!FACT!!!! I went to buy a phone and the phone was network locked and the cashier's just said to me sing and I asked what was I singing the slip for she said just sing like it's unbelievable how they treat a person at Pep Ventersorp, TRUELY Bad service, I'm upset as I was treated bad and I am sure I'm not the only one they treat this way!!!!!!!
