worst service ever do not buy a phone there

bought a cell phone for one of my workers , at PEP store church street bronkhorstspruit , the phone was faulty took it , and said we have to wait 4-6 weeks , got the phone back and still have the same problem and now they want to sent it back again , this is unacceptable and they dont want to replace the phone
