Worst Service Ever!

Worst service I have ever experienced my Pep store and their store manager over a exchange I wanted to do worse it’s their product which faulty , didn’t even want a refund I wanted something similar and was willing to pay extra the manager didn’t want to help she opted for a refund which I didn’t want till today nothing has been done to help me. I’m a store manager myself I would never I mean never treat a customer like they did
