Worst service ever

I went to PEP in Hammanskraal at Jubilee mall…. WOW the shocking service I received there… so I arrived and told them I’m fetching my Laybay because I was recently marked I lost all my ID and cards so I told the lady I have my drivers license but the lady did want to help said manager must help 😪 😓😥😓😥 WORST SERVICE EVER FROM ANNAH MATHEBULA YOH ****ED UP SERVICE EVER…. I wa for hours had to shout for help…. I think people from Hammanskraal are taken for granted maybe because we are in riral area.
