Worst service ever at PEP Eersterust!!!!

I experienced the worst service ever at PEP Eersterust. I asked the assistant in one of the isles what the price was for one million braids as there were no prices on the entire braid section. She told me they are R27.99. I took 7 packets and waited in a very long queue. When I got to the till, the cashier told me they were R33.99. I told her that one of her employees told me a different price and that it was not acceptable as I have been standing in the queue because I had just enough money on me to pay for those 7 packets at that price. The cashier screams at the manager (Mokgadi, they refused to tell me her surname) who was standing quite far away and tells her what is happening. Instead of her coming to me and asking in a professional manner what has taken place she screams at me and says “well we are not going to change the price for you sesi” I told her I didn’t ask for the price to be changed. She ignored me and continued talking on her cellphone. In shock I asked the cashier if she is sure that that is the manager as she was so rude and unprofessional, wearing casual clothes not uniform and talking on her cellphone on the shop floor. The cashier said that she is the manager. I asked the cashier for the managers name and surname she just said her name is Mokgadi and she doesn’t know her surname. I stormed out of the shop without my braids. I live in Eersterust but I will never shop there again!!!!
