Worst service ever

I sent a parcel a month ago and still not delivered. The tracking status hasn't changed since 21/9/2020 The parcel was re routed in time prior to collection at pick up point, yet still went to the incorrect store. The cost of the service was R60 and seems PAXI is treating it as...you get what you pay for.

NEVER EVER WILL I USE PAXI AGAIN
