Worst service ever

I went on the store at PEP blackchain with three consultants however to assist us but only one operating. I were on the que for 10minutes. I get to the counter for a paxi deposit and they have me the plastic , no knowledge that I should not cover the barcode so she m done packaging the parcel they say I must wait again for her to assist the other people that found me there. I wait them she decides to assist me kanti the system is offline. All 30minutes wasted for no service. Phindi is the store lady
