Worst service ever

I bought a phone at Pep Store, 2 days later the phone switches of out of the Blue went to the nearest Branch which was Pep site B refuse to take the phone they said the phone must be returned where it was bough later on after work I rushed to Prominate 17:57 a gentleman who is also a pep staff member whom after explaining my situation then said I must come back tomorrow morning now they refuse to take the phone back I have been standing for an hour now the manager has been on th phone for an hour now waiting for a reference and she is going back and forth the last straw is when Chantal "The Branch Manager" said I can complain again if I want to, is this how your customers are treated# I need a phone or my money
