worst Service ever

<p>Go into the store today to buy Tekkies for my child. Found a nice pair only find size 4, and that's where the wonderful service begins, I interrupt the 3 hard working ladies standing around a bin discussing future events, to politely ask for a size 2, firstly the look says it all, How dare I ask for help, The response, "No", I then ask where are the size 2 Tekkies , Lovely response, "Just look somewhere here, in the general vicinity of all the shoes, and I will find a pair, Request a manager, all blank stares, request a complaints number, Don't know, Now I am beginning to understand, why people go to name brands, for a particular service, thank you Pep, for showing me that my R400-R600 a month that I spend supporting your brand is not even worth a bit of civil decency and good service, poor,poor,poo</p>
