Worst service ever...

Today I had the worst and disgusting customer service ever.. I went to Pep Cell bloed mall hoping to deposit cash for someone. When I got in with my colleagues we were given a serious attitude..my colleague forgot to put back his mask while he was trying to make sure they hear what he was trying to ask regarding deposits since they ignored his 3 times while trying to talk to them. The cashier just looked at him with attitude without greeting him and said, put on your mask..He did put his mask back on and asked again and the cashier just looked at him.i was shocked with the way they acted and I also asked the same question..guys are you making deposits?? And why this attitude cause we customers?? and they just looked at us like we were stupid. I asked why aren't they responding to us and another lady(a customer) walked out and said guys I also got the same attitude from those cashiers..I was shocked and told them I'm going to report them and they had the nerve to say ."we don't care..just go ahead". Wow if that's how they are trained to treat their customers then Im sorry I will never set my foot in that store again..when I asked their names one of them just they just walked away to the back.. probably office..but the one who was helping me deposit after a lot of fights and arguments was sindi..those 2 girls who were working today no nothing about customer service..I worked at a retail store for many years before I became a Social worker and I treated customers with atmost respect.. but this type of rudeness and disrespect for customer I never experienced.
