Worst service

Worst service I've ever received. Checked trading hours for PEP Nelspruit Brown Street, the website said they trade 8-5:30pm. I then drove there only to find out that they open at 8:30. They redirected me to a different pep store. Called to get clarity with regards to the trading hours but the lady that I spoke to shouted instead of listening to my concerns, she then threw insults such as **** and the likes. I would really appreciate if that person is disciplined since that's not how we deal with customers. I couldn't get her name but it's the pep in nelspruit brown street. Made the call around 8:05 on the 18th of November 2020.
