Worst service

The queue in the store is forever long and not manned customers are not given any feedback the cashiers who are always at the till are very slow.. Today the 09/06/2026 I visited the store again the queue is till long worse the are playing a speaker the volume is on 100 you can't even hear each other with the cashier. I asked a cashier by the name of Christiana can't you turn down the volume it's too high her response to me with arrogance she said thats how we like the volume 're e rata fela bjana' her exact work.. They need to improve on their service and manage the volume, music can't be played as if we're in a tarven.
