Worst service by Idutywa Pep P6694
Nobungcwele Matshabane at Pep store Idutywa Shopping Centre P6694 provided the worst service to my elderly mother, this lady with a name tag Nobu whom I later found out from the manager (Yolanda Mbombo) that her name is Nobungcwele Matshabane gave my mom attitude while she was trying to send a parcel to Johannesburg via them. She refused to search for the store to which my mother wanted to send the parcel and requested that she goes and finds out what the store number is and once my mother received it, she told my elderly mother to cram the number herself as she was the one who wanted to send the parcel. Extremely rude this girl, I don't think I will be using their services ever again.

13 Aug 2020, 14:32 I would like to say thank you very much to usis Nobungcwele Matshabane from Pep Store Idutywa Shopping Centre P6694, her family as well as the entire Pep stores management for their apologies regarding the matter I posted about yesterday, thank you for calling my mother and myself to apologise and identifying their mistakes.
I would also like to sincerely apologise to sis Nobungcwele Matshabane for addressing her as "this girl" I was unaware that it is an elderly woman too who addressed my mother in this manner, the assumption that it must have been a young girl got the best of me. I apologise for that part.
Again thank you to the Matshabane family and the Pep management team for your apologies. I am hoping we will work together wonderfully with respect going forward and as the African saying goes "Umntu ngumntu ngabantu"
