Worst service at Pep

I'm having the worst service at Pep, its so pathetic. Hi I sent a parcel from Cape Town to another province on the 16th of Feb. My client hasnt received the parcel up to this. When I enquired I told its still in Western Cape. This is such a pathetic service. Please sort this nonsense out before you irritate me. I was at Pep Home Cape Gate.
