WORST SERVICE AND MERCHANDISE EVER

So i bought a phone in Dec 2022 in Jan 2023 not even a month later the phone has a power failure back to PEP in for repairs. Feb the same thing went to collect in Yesterday the screen is cracked the phone has been wiped i didn't back up anything the box looks like its been through war. and what do they tell me sorry it happens in the packaging and handling. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE MOST ****** SHOP I HAVE EVER SEEN I THEY ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO SAY ITS NOT THEM ITS US.....FOR FUTURE USE PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.
