Worst service

Worst service ever. I received baby rompers for my newborn and received no receipt snd the price tags was removed. I have reached out to PEP and was advised they will enquire with a branch manager and get back to me however 2 weeks later and numerous emails to them which are in vain due to them blatantly ignoring me.

A simple exchange is all I requested even at the price the items are scanning for at this point.
