OMG!!! worst service EVER!!!! This started three weeks ago when u visited Pep stores in Thokoza store no. 6452. I went there to send a parcel via Paxi for the first time and really had no idea in the process,ti my dismay, the consultant was not in the mood to assist me either way, as I approached the lady i greeted her and told her what i wanted to do, immediately after she started wandering around and responded to fellow colleagues as she then rep**** while she was at a distance from her workstation that Paxi was offline, then called for the nexr customer, i told her i was not done and continued to ask on when will it be back online, by this time she was really not in the mood for me as she was looking the other way still calling for the next person. She then said she won't know i should go to another pep store, i must have set her really off when u asked on what i needed so as to be prepared, she mumbled something when i asked her to repeat what she was saying she carelessly through her hand pointing me to a pamphlet which I took and drove to the nearby pep. A week later I went back to the store to send a parcel again, a Ntabiseng assisted me, when I told her I needed to send a parcel, she started looking around also as she spoke to me in a very low voice that their scanner is not working, it had been ******, u decided to drive to the other pep again where I was assisted by the same lady from before (while she engaged me in a conversation she realized I was not from around and proceeded to ask why did i not go to the one near me as I started to answer her starting my sentence with "Yho sisi", she quickly answered "attitude problem, yes we have been getting a lot of complaints about their attitude"and again I let it just be. Today's ordeal was far more the worst, again when i approached the (i told her i wanted ti send collect) lady who assisted me the first time she told me that their scanner is ******, and sending is an issue byt u can collect then called the next client I reminded her that u needed to collect, she told me to stand on the side and then asked for her head office number, she told me to wait and called out for Ntabiseng. She got to me greeted and asked what i needed, u told her three things, send, collect and head office complaints number, she went to the office and made a call and eventually came out with my parcel and I reminded her for the number, she spoke with the lady who assisted me at first (in Sotho/Tswana) and went back to the office for 3-5min, I asked leaving me there with no explanation whatsoever. I then ask lady 1 to call Ntabiseng, she just told me she is coming, without calling her. When Ntabiseng walked out she again spoke in their language and when went, then yelled out when she was halfway, I'm going to get someone who will give you the number. Two minutes later she walks past me with a light in complexion lady to the small office, Ntabiseng then walks back and write a number on a piece of paper and I walk out dialing the number, (while they yelled no leave her she must call maybe they will then come) which I quickly realized it's a Paxi number, I quickly went back in to lady1 told her I want their head office number not this one, she kept quiet for a while then said we are also struggling mam with this scanner problem i explained to her that I get it but I'm in need of head office, their faulty equipment is not my duty as a customer to report, then lady2 said to lady from the office, leave it ill sort her out. She came to me and asked why I needed their head office number when I was given the Paxi one, i told her I'm not an employee of Pep so do not have an obligation to report faulty or ****** machinery she asked what do I want to say at head office, I explained to her stating previous incidents and today's one, she rep**** highlighting Paxi where i stopped her and told her my complaint has nothing to do with Machinery but on how employees carry themselves or talk to me, she asked what did Ntabiseng do, by this time u could see the gesture she made with her face and highlighted that to her and her response was because i was shaking and yelling and spoke in a language u did not understand, I told her again that i do not appreciate the fact that she says things u do not understand, she told me that it is part of the South African 11 official languages she can use it if she wants and bluntly told me she will not give me the head office number, before u left u took out my phone to take a picture of her as she had no name tag on abd and refused giving her name.
