Worst service

I got the worst service at pep store in Malvern, I had laybyed baby clothes and when I went to go make the final payment so I can go collect them I found out that there was an item missing but it was on the receipt and when I asked the consultant she gave me attitude she denied giving me the actual amount and did not bother helping me. My plastic was torn and she practically forced me to take another pair of shoes that I did not like and hesitated to give us a refund.this really broke my heart cause those were my favourite pair of shoes

The consultants name is Cynthia
