Worst Service!!!

Pep Gold Spot in Vosloorus-By far THE WORST PEP! I recently moved to Vosloorus and am completely disappointed by tge service at Pep Gold Spot. Staff is unhelpful and full of attitude. With a sidedish of LAZINESS!!! Ur staff is always claiming that PAXI is "offline" jst because they dont want to assist. I have been there over 8 tumes and have never been assisted wuth Paxi. I always end up going to Pep Mobile or Pep at Naledi Mall. When posting at Naledi Mall i was told that i am not the first to complain and most result to going to Naledi Mall. And the proof was right there, their shelves had over 30 packages waiting to be sent out meanwhile at Pep Gold Spot you'll be lucky to see 1. If your staff is not willing to help customers rather cut out the Paxi service completely.

During this lockdown we are struggling to make ends meet and most of us have resulted to opening online stores after being retrenched. We offer Paxi as a delivery service but often customers are edgy if there is no proof of you having sent their package in time and are quick to report you as a *********.

Hope these concerns do not fall on deaf ears.
