Worst Pep store ever

I have messaged then on your web page regarding the absolutely terrible service we are getting from the Pep store in Malvern 3 weeks ago, no reply, when you ask for a managers number they act deaf and dumb in the store, one person in the store at the counter, extremely unfriendly and just rude, no help on the floor, you get there and stuff laying in the floor but no one in site, they chatting in the back, no one at the tills and dare disturb them the one is as rude as the rest.

Maybe they should wake up and read all the complaints on fb reg. the same branch. The worst store ever.
