WORST MANAGER APPOINTED

The manager at Pep Rynfield Square has no customer service skill or manners to speak to clients with queries - i Purchased a sim and have been struggling with this since i bought it kept getting messages that it is not RIca's when i went to query this with them he was aggressive, rude and just plain unhelpful. Worst service ever.
